Thanks to the passage of the Illinois Future Energy Jobs Act in December 2016, it is estimated that Illinois will see more than 2,700 MW of new solar energy installed by 2030, with funding allocations for rooftop solar, community solar, low-income solar, brownfield solar, job training, and more.
Elevate Energy has worked with a number of stakeholders since 2014 to bring data-based analysis, cost and energy modelling, as well as policy and technical expertise to help shape this new legislation. We’re now excited to share our resources and expertise to help deploy the next generation of renewable energy in Illinois.
Whether you are a residential property owner, an affordable housing owner, a nonprofit organization, a local government or public agency, or one of the more than 50 percent of households that can’t install solar on your roof, Elevate Energy can help you take advantage of the new solar revolution coming to Illinois.
