Multi-Family Energy Savings Program
Today, Elevate works with local partners to administer the Multi-Family Energy Savings Program on behalf of ComEd, Peoples Gas, North Shore Gas, and Nicor Gas. The Multi-Family Energy Savings Program provides property owners with free products and incentives for energy efficiency improvements at their properties.

Past Experience: Nonprofit Organizations Offering
From 2012-2021 Elevate worked with ComEd to help their nonprofit customers save energy and money. From 2012-2019 Elevate conducted outreach to nonprofits to help them access the ComEd energy efficiency portfolio. From 2019-2021 Elevate implemented ComEd’s Nonprofit Organizations Offering, which provided eligible nonprofits with free products and incentives for energy efficiency improvements at their properties.
