Small Accessibility Repairs for Seniors

Elevate Energy is one of several organizations that administers the City of Chicago’s Small Accessibility Repairs for Seniors program. The program provides free small repairs for older Chicago residents so they can remain in their homes throughout old age.

To participate in the program, you must:

  • Be a Chicago resident
  • Be 60 or older
  • Own or rent in a 1-4 unit building
  • Your household income cannot exceed the amounts below:
